TARA BERMAN, Founder and Managing Partner

Tara Berman, CPA is the founder and managing partner of TaraPaige Group. She has quickly become the face of the retail Industry for expert advice on business plan development, marketing analysis, financial planning, brand positioning and overall strategic operations and guidance to launch a new fast casual concept or grow existing enterprises.

Tara earned her Certified Public Accounting license in 1997 while at Anchin, Block and Anchin LLP and continued in financial services with JP Morgan in trading and sales for the capital markets division. In 2001, after her completion of culinary school at the Institute of Culinary Education, she started her tenure in the kitchen of the French Laundry with The Thomas Keller Group. Tara continued to work with TKRG in management operations at Bouchon Bistro, Per Se and Bouchon Bakery. Tara is a member of the Women’s Food Service Forum, New York Women’s Culinary Associate, Founding Member of The New York City Hospitality Group, Faculty Member of the Management Program at The Institute of Culinary Education and guest lecturer to New York University Food Studies Program.
