Sally Minier, an experienced financial professional was embarking on a new venture to build and grow her baking business. New to the hospitality industry, Sally was seeking advice and direction on the how to of starting a baking enterprise.
Work:
TaraPaige Group established a timeline and work flow program to guide Sally through the steps and execution of building her enterprise. TaraPaige Group worked closely with Sally to develop the packaging and strategically price the retail and wholesale products.
