RADISH PREPARED FOODS
Radish, launched in 2010 by Amy Marks and Laura Migliozzi, is a prepared-food shop in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. A neighborhood market and catering company showcasing products made by bakers, artisan pickle-makers and chocolatiers from the borough in addition to hot and cold specialities.
Obstacle:
Amy and Laura, Owners of Radish had an extensive business plan and financials in place yet were seeking expert advice to ensure their concept and financials were in line with the industry.
Work:
TaraPaige Group worked with Radish in refining the core concept defining the product mix, guest flow, staff efficiencies and brand message. Once we finalized the concept, all financial models were prepared.
Result:
Radish Opens its first store.
