IRVING FARM COFFEE COMPANY
Irving Farm Coffee Company launched in 1996, is comprised of two divisions, retail and
wholesale. The wholesale company distributes coffee to over 200 retailers in New
York and around the country. The retail division operates two
locations in New York City, one in Gramercy Park and the other in the West Village.
Obstacle:
Irving Farm was ready to expand their wholesale and retail divisions yet was unsure of their path and if they had the resources in place.
Work:
TaraPaige Group held team building sessions with the owners and management. A strategic plan was created for the two divisions, an organizational structure was achieved for expansion and a financial analysis was completed in order to achieve their set goals.
Result:
Irving Farm has expanded their operations and continue to utilize the strategic plan set in place.
